My unit is teaching my students about money. The introduction of the unit will be presented through an Animoto video. We will learn the values and explore the applications of money to real life situations. We will create a budget and take a field trip to compare prices for finding the best bargains. I will use a "Money Jeopardy Game" to review what we have learned.

Technology is integrated throughout this unit. Students encounter technology through many activities such as; a jeopardy game and various websites. The students will have the opportunity to view an Animoto presentation to introduce the unit. They will also view a youtube video of the "Teaching Elementary Students About Money" to enhance the lesson. The teacher will use a "Money Jeopardy Game" to review the student.
